• Small Take Out Box Die Cut* – Bright Green Cardstock
• 2 qty. – 1” x 3” Black Cardstock – hair, front & back
• 2 qty. – 1” x 2 1/2” Black Cardstock – hair, sides
• 2 qty. 2 1/2” x 1 3/4” Black Cardstock for Hair top
• 2 qty. 2” x 3” Black for hair top
• 2 qty. 1” x 2” White or Silver Cardstock for neck bolts
• 2 qty. 1/2” circles White or Silver Cardstock for neck bolts
• 2 qty. 3/4” White Circles for eyes
• 1/4” Double Stick Tape
• Black fine tip Sharpie Marker
• Pencil for tracing
• Ruler
• Scissors
• Low temp Glue Gun & Glue sticks
• Craft Knife
• Scrap Cardstock

NOTE: The Small Take Out Box was made using an Accu Cut die at our HouseMart Ben Franklin Crafts stores. You can substitute a small square box and adjust the other cardstock pieces.
